ZeroBug Solutions is a pest control operation at 717 Congress Ave in downtown Austin, and the honest headline is that there isn't much to evaluate. The business holds a 4-star Google average, but that's built on just five reviews, the newest of which is six years old. On CertifiedLocal's automated check it clears only a handful of basics — the profile is claimed, a phone number is listed, and there's no recent unanswered one- or two-star review to worry about — while missing nearly everything else: no website, no service options listed, fewer than ten reviews, no reviews in the past year, and no record of the business ever replying to customer feedback. The one substantive review is genuinely strong, though dated. A customer from ten years ago describes a wildlife removal job in North Austin where two technicians, Nick and Rich, filled three traps on the first night after other companies had come up empty, clearing more than two dozen animals in under a month. That reviewer also credits the crew as courteous and professional — and, notably, refers to the company as "AAAC," which suggests the business may have operated under a different name at some point. The rest of the review history is thin and mixed: two five-star ratings with no text at all, a two-star "Not helpful" with no detail, and a three-star review whose text doesn't appear to be about pest control at all. None of these drew a response from the business. The profile itself sends contradictory signals. The listed hours claim the business is open 24 hours every day of the week, yet the automated certification check flags both the weekly-hours threshold and the seven-day completeness requirement as unmet — a mismatch that points to a profile that hasn't been maintained rather than a business that's actually reachable around the clock. Combined with the missing website and the decade of silence toward reviewers, the picture is of a listing that was set up once and then left alone. If you're dealing with a wildlife or critter problem in Austin, the single detailed account here describes exactly the kind of competent, fast-working crew you'd want — but that account predates the smartphone in your pocket. Before hiring, call the listed number to confirm the business is still active, ask whether it still operates under this name, and get current references, since nothing on this profile proves it's been serving customers recently. Anyone who needs verifiable, recent track records — property managers, landlords, commercial clients — should treat this listing as a lead to vet, not a recommendation.

„Nick and Rich were the Wildlife Professionals who helped us out at our property in North Austin. We tried several other services before we found them and the traps for the most part came up empty. The first night the guys set three traps and all were filled by the next morning. They really know what they are doing! We have had 24+ critters removed since AAAC have been servicing our property in less than a month! They are courteous, professional and all around great guys. I can't recommend them higher."
