I did a good deal of research and tried every trap on the market. I finally decided to cave and call VenPro to see if they could help. Yesterday they came to bait the apartment and today they removed the rodent (an enormous, disgusting rat) from my apartment. I wish I had called them earlier and saved myself months of misery. Highly recommend Gilberto and team, very profesional and effective!"
