Miguel, our technician showed up exactly on time, was friendly knowledgeable and professional. He provided me with a very clear estimate of exactly how much I would be paying before. I agreed to let him proceed with the work right then and there. He had the new controller on his truck, which was amazing. At the time, I agreed to the repair, but after doing some research afterward, I realized the price was far higher than what appears to be typical. I feel like I significantly overpaid. Because of this experience, I won't be using this company again nor recommend to anyone. One thing that also concerned me was that the technician arrived without a company uniform or a company-branded vehicle. It gave me the impression that this may operate more like a dispatch or referral service that contracts work out rather than a company with its own employed technicians."
