„Pretty disappointed in our experience with Aztec! We had them come out for a carpenter ant problem. Their website mentions a full house inspection but our technician did not do a search inside our home. We had been finding carpenter ants (started out with 30-50 a day, including winged ants) throughout our house with no obvious trail or idea where they were coming from. He believed the problem was external so he only did a perimeter spray. I was warned that it can take 30 days for the poison to be brought back to nest and wipe them out. It has been nearly 30 days and the problem has continued to get worse. I have reached several times and expressed my concern about a satalite nest inside our home somewhere, but have just been told to wait 30 days. We were gone for 36 hours and came home to 90 live ants throughout the house (19 days after treatment). After that, we ended up contacting another pest control service to come out. They were WAY more thorough and seemed more invested in helping solve our problem. They searched inside our home and attic which Aztec did not do."

He was transparent about the costs, and worked quickly with my tenant to set the appointment. They got out there same week, and the tech, Enrique, called me from the property to go over everything. I finally gave in and paid for a cockroach treatment with Aztec this August, and I went from seeing a couple roaches a day to only one in the past two months. My house is old and full of gaps so I was skeptical spraying anything would help, but I’ve been really impressed with the results. The exterminator they sent to us was very approachable, happy to answer any questions I had, and just genuinely seemed like a really nice person. The repellent they use does not require you to move anything out of cabinets and was safe for my pets. Overall it’s just been a really good experience and I’d recommend them to anybody."
