Animal Control Experts is a wildlife removal operation in north Austin that appears to be a one-person show — every single review names Bob, who handles everything from the initial call to the final seal-up. The headline numbers are about as good as they get: a perfect 5-star average across 85 Google reviews, with recent activity and a solid owner response rate. The business clears most of CertifiedLocal's automated checks, though a few profile-upkeep items came back short, which is worth unpacking below. What customers praise is remarkably consistent, and it's specific. Speed comes up again and again: one reviewer had work starting an hour after calling, another got same-day service, and a third noted Bob fit her in promptly even during peak raccoon season. The process also draws repeated detail — reviewers describe him locating entry points, installing one-way doors and monitoring cameras, using pheromones to encourage animals out, then returning to seal the openings, all backed by a three-year warranty on the exclusion work. Several mention photos and video sent along the way, and more than one calls out his pricing as notably lower than a larger competitor's quote. The reviews skew heavily toward raccoon removal from attics; if that's your problem, the track record is deep. For insect or general pest work, the evidence here is thin — despite the "pest control" category, nothing in the reviews shows that side of the business. The profile itself is where cracks show. The automated check flags the open-hours and seven-day-schedule criteria as unmet, finds no service options listed anywhere on the profile, and hasn't yet verified photos — so prospective customers can't tell from the listing what Bob actually offers or confirm when he's reachable without calling. The owner does reply to reviews, but the replies are brief, near-identical thank-yous that add no information. None of this reflects on the fieldwork, but it means the profile does less work for you than the business deserves, and a one-person operation also means availability depends entirely on one schedule. If you've got a raccoon, squirrel, or similar critter in your attic or chimney, this is an easy recommendation: fast response, transparent communication with photo documentation, a warranty on the sealing work, and dozens of customers reporting the same experience. Go in knowing you're hiring an individual, not a crew — expect to call rather than rely on the sparse profile for details, and don't expect this to be your answer for routine bug treatments. For humane wildlife removal in Austin, the review record is about as strong a signal as a local listing can produce.

„Bob was so easy & great to work with. He came out promptly & found exactly where the raccoons were entering our attic. He set up a one way door, put up cameras & put pheromones all over the attic. 3 raccoons left that first night! He came back a few days later to seal their entry point as well as a couple of others plus vents to make sure nothing else would take up residence in our attic! He was very transparent & upfront about everything. He sent us pictures of everything & explained it all. I especially loved seeing video of the cruiser activity!! All of his work also has a 3 year warranty!! Would definitely hire Bob again although I hope I don’t need to!!"

He's committed to customer service by being very sensitive to the frustration and concern that we were going through having a trapped animal in our chimney. I highly recommend this company for anyone in a similar situation."

View original on Google ↗„I cannot recommend Bob and Animal Control Experts highly enough! He came out the same day I called to look into a racoon and ker kits living in my attic. He is kind, honest, highly experienced and knowledgable about how to remove them safely and very quickly found where the mom was entering, set up the monitoring camera and pheromone to encourage her to relocate and in one day she was gone with all 7 kits. He came afterward to expertly seal the location. His price was also a great value compared to what ABC wanted, which was significantly (and ridiculously) higher and unnecessary. I hope we don't have this issue again but if so, ACE is the only company I would call."
Owner's reply: Thank you for the kind words Madeleine. I'm glad that I was able to help out.

View original on Google ↗„Heard sounds in the attic in April put a camera up there and saw it was a raccoon... Called Bob... Very quick response though this is his busy season for raccoons. He identified the access point but we were ok with letting the kits get bigger - big enough for mom to move them .. tonight was the night .. Bob saw her leave in his cameras, he came out and got the kits, we put them where she could get them, he sealed up the house - now guaranteed for 3 years. I watched her get the cuties so we're all good and the kits are as safe as wild animals can be.... Bob did an outstanding job sealing everything, advising us -- highly recommended!!"
Owner's reply: Thank you for the review Mr. Peters, it was a pleasure working with you and your wife.
