Ryan who did the inspection, identified the invasive species as Carpenter ants and was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He made the effort to get someone scheduled for the next day. Griffin who came to apply the treatments, was able to clearly explain what was being used & assure me it wouldn't harm household (or neighborhood) pets or birds. He was patient & thorough in completing the job. I began to see improvement by the next day! Very happy with the services provided!!"

We live in a townhouse and the whole building needed to be treated but our neighbors refused. Jacob gave us a quote for just our house. It was steep but it includes 5 visits and sealing all the entry points. Jerel has now been out for 4 of the 5 visits and he has been fantastic! The first visit netted 2 dead rats and the next 1 more. The next visit there were none. Jerel even took care of a bad hornet's nest in our backyard. He always is on time and calls to let you know he's on the way. Absolute is an outstanding company to work with!"
